Purchased tickets grant one visit within 6 months. A 20-minute delay is required between the purshase and use of a ticket. Access through dedicated line.

Neither exchangeable, nor refundable. Printed tickets or mobile tickets are both accepted. Entrance is free for children under three years old.
Reduced rates are only available at the reception of Planet Ocean Montpellier upon presentation of proof. You can check reduced rates here.
